Locate the Loop veterinary opening
Name the hospital’s street address and community area. A Loop headquarters or interview office is not the clinical workplace, and a South Loop location may sit in the Near South Side community area instead. List any suburban hospital the doctor must also cover.
Separate a downtown head office from the clinical workplace
A group may interview at a downtown office and staff hospitals elsewhere. State where the veterinarian will practice each week, who supervises clinical work at that site and who handles employment questions at head office. Candidates should never learn the actual work location after the offer.
- Clinical site versus office address
- On-site clinical supervisor
- Head-office contact for employment terms
Confirm clinical credentials and the hiring decision
Assign responsibility for Illinois license verification through the IDFPR license look-up, plus any employer-required specialty credentials and references. Record the verification date and unresolved conditions before confirming a start date. BEGHR sources and screens against your agreed requirements; your practice interviews, selects and directly employs the successful professional. IDFPR determines license eligibility.
Review the fee and billable milestones before sourcing
Select your role and complete the employer opt-in to receive pricing. BEGHR manages your client account and invoices while the recruiting delivery team handles sourcing, screening and candidate delivery. Your agreement defines billable work, invoice timing and replacement conditions. Completed billable milestones may remain payable without a hire. Recruiting coverage does not represent a local office or an available candidate inventory.
